Exchange Policy

General Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange within 30 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached and accessories
  • Footwear must be in the original packaging with original tags attached. Sticker on the packaging should not be removed or altered in any form.
  • You must insert printed order email or mobile confirmation on the product at the time of hand over to our in-store sales associate at any Crocs store near you
  • Clearance, markdown/on sale and online exclusive items cannot be exchanged
  • We can only exchange items available at https://crocs.com.ph/

You can exchange to a new color or style

  • No refund or partial refund – even if new item is cheaper*
  • You have to top up price difference if new item is more expensive*

*Only online purchase price will be considered.
